An army of unpaid volunteers met up at DeBoer Bakkerij at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday July 17th to knock on as many doors in Park Township in one day as possible. The team hit the streets until 4:00 p.m. and hit almost 900 doors and got a number of yard signs placed as well. Team Riemersma will continue to reach out to voters throughout the 2nd Congressional District until the August 3rd primary, with a lot of focus on Ottawa County which is proving to be ground zero of the race.
